This privacy policy describes how Føroyar Radio (“the App”) handles information when you use our Android application.
Operator. The App is provided in connection with g5hi.com / G5 Home Improvements. For privacy enquiries, contact: g5@g5hi.com.
Føroyar Radio lets you listen to live internet radio streams from Faroe Islands broadcasters. We do not require an account. The App is free and shows non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.
Local favourites. If you star a station, the station ID is stored in your device’s app storage. This data stays on your phone and is not sent to us.
Volume preference. Your last volume level may be stored locally on your device.
Streams. When you play a station, your device connects to the broadcaster’s stream URL. Those third-party servers may log standard connection data (such as IP address) under their own policies.
Advertising. Google AdMob may collect device and ad interaction data to serve ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy. We configure the App to request non-personalized ads.
The App is a general-audience radio player. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
